The Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Centre operates from 4 Park Avenue at Gordon and provides services to the community from North Sydney through to the Hawkesbury River in NSW. If you live outside this area, check out neighbouring Lifeline centres in and around Sydney or other Lifeline centres around Australia.

 

Our Services

In addition to the 24-hour telephone crisis support service on 13 11 14 for people in need, Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury provides a range of related face-to-face services. Lifeline helps people cope with many problems: suicide, grief and loss, relationship or family breakdown, depression, financial struggles, anger or violence, problem gambling and loneliness. R.E.A.C.H Support Group

R.E.A.C.H is a FREE educational support group for individuals with a mood disorder, developed by the Black Dog Institute. R.E.A.C.H
is suitable for individuals over 18,
who have lived with a diagnosis
of depression or bipolar for at
least one year.
