Call Lifeline for Telephone Crisis Support

If our line is busy...

We wish we could answer every call immediately, but at some times of the day it can be particularly busy. Please wait in the queue (or call back if the queue is full). We'll take your call as soon as possible

Lifeline telephone crisis supporters are available to take your call at any time of the day or night. Whatever your concern, if you'd like to talk to someone, we're available.

        Call us on 13 11 14

In addition to regular telephone crisis support, Lifeline also offers separate services for:

  • Suicide Crisis Support
  • Telephone support line for the lonely

Our services respond to a broad range of personal and community needs, with mental health issues and suicide prevention remaining priority commitments. More detail is below.
